TaHoma now supports multiple installations for the same user. Thanks to this feature, you can keep just one email for all your installations.
The application should prompt you to merge all your installations into the same account. If this does not happen, or if an error occurs during the migration, please follow these procedure.
Background:
You have two TaHoma on two different Somfy accounts (A & B) linked to two different sites (A & B).
When you are logged into one account and want to access another one on the TaHoma app, you currently need to log out and log back in with the other account.
The multi-sites / multi-users features allows you to merge all your sites on one account.
1. Log in to the account you do not wish to keep after the migration (B)
Then go to 'User Management' in the '... ' menu.
2. Click on the button: '+ Add a new user'
3. Select 'Administrator' user role
4. Name the user and click on 'Next'
5. Share the invitation to yourself
You can do it by message, email or just copy/paste the invitation link into the address bar of your phone's browser
6. Before opening the invitation link, log out of this account (B)
7. Then log in to the main account (A)
8. Open on the invitation link shared previously
This should open your application with a popup asking you to accept the invitation. Accept it.
9. You can now switch between installations while staying logged into the same account.
10. Optionnal: If you want to remove the secondary account
Go to 'User management' in the '... ' menu and click on Account B.
From here, click on the trashcan in the top right corner to remove the Account B from Installation B user's.
